Thordale is located in the heart of the blue ribbon Corfield country. Featuring sweet Mitchell grazing with scattered vine tree and whitewood, the success of the property comes from the excellent mixture of soil types with the Nesbitt, Corella and Bauhinia Creek systems running through Thordale. Thordale is well grassed on the Downs country with sweet Mitchell and Flinders grasses after recently experiencing over 250 millimetres of rainfall, currently there is a body of summer herbages of button grass, pig weed, carrot and lambs tongue, indigo and cow vine.
